Very convenience location at the CBD. HSKP and FO staffs also good and helpful. Cleanliness was good. Unexpected daily room cleaning were wonderful. Thank you everyone.

Stayed for the night to go out to dinner. Easy access for walking and close secure parking. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Apartment nicely air conditioned except the main bedroom didn’t get the cool air flow

Gathering the apartment building newly acquired and being made over.

The apartment building is seperate (across the road) from the hotel. I'm gathering it was previously a residential building that had been purchased and converted into an apartment/hotel complex. During our stay, there were painters working in the building on this process. The carpet, deco and furniture was dated and worn out. Not unpleasant, just not fresh and new. Oh the King bed was two single beds pushed together. Our main issue was air conditioning was only one small unit, that was in the living area and thus there was no moving cool air in the bedroom. My partner and I both like cold, moving air when we sleep, so this was unpleasant for us. As we were only staying for two nights, it wasn't the end of the world and I'm hoping the air conditioning may be improved in the update. The staff were incredibly friendly and very happy to help in everyday possible. They also laughed when I commented that I realised the hotel was between two famous media landmarks (the Slip Inn - where Mary met Frederick is across the road and the MAFS apartment block is around the corner). Please note we did not complain about the air con during our stay, so possibly the staff may have had a solution to it. Finally my partner couldn't work the TV, but I never attempted to use it, so I don't know if it was just him or the TV.
